We are the organisers of  the Mind Body & Spirit Festivals in  Pudsey York,  Leeds, Harrogate, Beverley, & Chester

These events give you an opportunity to come and see what is currently available in the world of holistic living, to be inspired by the talks & workshops and to try out new ways of dealing with life's challenges.

The choice is unlimited and includes such a variety of complementary therapies, therapy centres, healing products, retail products including nutritional,healthcare and personal care products, gemstones, jewellery, aromatherapy oils, essences, books, crafts, gifts, fairtrade, clothing, and music as well as psychic readers, mediums, & counsellors, and artists; at some Festivals there are musical performers and dancers, celebrity authors and inspirational speakers offering fascinating talks, demonstrations and workshops to interest you and much, much more.

Ticket concessions only availble on entrance to the event £5.00 (Students, NHS only with card, OAPs 65 & over Under 15s free when accompanied by an adult
