Bookings are accepted on the basis of the description of products & services outlined on the booking form. Any deviation from the description must be with the agreement of the organiser in order to maintain a well-balanced Festival. The organiser reserves the right to ask you to remove any items on display which have not previously been declared on the booking form2. Stands will be allocated by the Festival organiser in the interest of ensuring a well-balanced Festival and the requirements of the venue. 3. Subletting or sharing a stand is only permitted with prior agreement: in the case of readers only 1 reader is permitted per reader stand unless by prior agreement 4. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any exhibitor without giving a reason Payments5. The price of a single stand for 2 days is £160. An initial deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure a stand: deposits are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by the organisers. For larger or multiple stands please contact the organiser for current prices6. Payment in full for the stand(s) is due no later than 6 weeks before the Festival. Preference will be given to those who pay promptly. Should you have reason to cancel your stand the deposit will be forfeit. 7. Cancellations must be given as soon as possible to give maximum notice. In the event of a cancellation 6 weeks before the Festival then a refund will be given; if after 6 weeks then full payment is required Insurances & Health & Safety8. Each stand holder is responsible for their own insurance to cover their goods & services as required by law & should have a minimum of £1 million public liability insurance & a minimum of £1 million indemnity for products & treatments. No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for claims made against any products or service or for any loss or damage to exhibitors stock or equipment9. The maximum output per stand will be no more than 3 amps: please ensure your equipment is checked to EEC regulations, in a good state of repair & use circuit breakers in order to ensure the safety of fellow exhibitors & visitors; cables must be secured & taped down 10. The boundaries of the stand are the limit & extent for each exhibitor: no goods, furniture or storage items are permitted to block aisles, doorways or fire escapes 11. All exhibitors should act with consideration for other exhibitors and visitors at all times: burning incense, and playing music are all part of creating the right atmosphere but should not be disturbing or intrusive to others. No candles or similar should be left burning on the stand when left unattended 12 Leaflets: there will be a designated area for your own leaflets, which you are welcome to use: all other advertisements should be confined to the boundaries of your stand 13. Exhibitor badges: No-one will be admitted without an exhibitor’s badge, which should be worn throughout the Festival Setting up & Closing down14. Exhibitor access for setting up will be announced for each event.After unloading vehicles should be removed to the designated parking spaces so as not to restrict visitor’s access to the venue: closing down should not be until 5.00pm on the last day (Sunday) of the Festival Please return the booking form with deposit of 50% for each stand booked. No booking will be secure without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Cheques to be made payable to Health & Healing Festivals; the balance of outstanding monies to be paid no less than 6 weeks before the Festival date. |
