In 2011 the Leeds Health & Healing Festival was such a fabulous weekend - everyone was impressed with the new Centenary Pavilion at Leeds United FC in Elland Road especially the starlight ceiling and wonderful atmosphere.
We have had some lovely comments about how people enjoyed the exhibition and Entertainment and the talks and workshops were over booked in many cases. Different therapies, services and new exhibitors complemented the established and the traditional. The Fabulous Alexandra Watson - who has helped X-Factor contestants - gave two great talks on the steps to greater happiness - something we can all have more of; Peter Wall enlightened us on how to lose those excess pounds using Hypnosis as well as Barbara Meiklejohn-Free giving us insight into how to deal with the art of forgiveness.
We had wonderful performances from Nia Yorkshire as well as Anna Bisco with Belly Dancing for Well-being and Adam Warne from Rhythmic Ginger whose workshop of Frame drumming was very well received
